The Notifications tab in the landscape settings allows non-admin members to manage the notifications they receive from activity within the landscape.

Members can toggle notifications on or off for both Email and In-App delivery. Here's an overview of the available options:


Notification Categories

1. Landscape Alerts

  • Weekly summary of discussion activity: Get a weekly email or in-app summary of the discussion posts in the landscape.

  • Weekly summary of landscape alerts: Receive a summary of notable website performance alerts (default or custom alerts created by the user).

2. Discussions

  • Notify me if I get replies to my comments: Be notified when another user responds to a comment you made on a post.

  • Notify me if the people I follow create new posts: Get notifications when users you follow create posts in this landscape.

  • Notify me if I get new followers: Be notified when someone new follows you.

  • Notify me when someone likes my comment: Receive updates when a comment you made receives a like.

  • Notify me if someone mentions me in comments: Get notified when you are tagged or mentioned in a comment.

3. Admin Announcements

These are notifications specific to administrative actions within the landscape:

  • Notify me if the admin creates a new index in the landscape: Be alerted when an admin creates a new index.

  • Notify me if the admin adds or removes keywords to the landscape: Get updates when the keyword list in the landscape is modified by the admin.

  • Notify me if the admin adds websites to the landscape: Receive a notification when new websites are added to the landscape.


Notification Delivery

  • Notifications can be toggled separately for:

    • Email: Delivered to the member’s registered email.

    • In-App: Displayed in the notification drawer accessible via the bell icon in the header.


Turn All On/Off

  • Members can choose to turn all notifications on or off with a single click for either Email or In-App delivery.
