The My Profile tab allows you to manage your personal details on SiteCurve. Here's a breakdown of the features and functionality:

Setting Options For Personal Profiles

Profile Photo

  • You can upload or change your profile picture, which will be visible across SiteCurve on your posts, comments, and discussions.

  • Supported file formats include SVG, PNG, JPG, or GIF.

  • Maximum size: 500x500px.

Name

  • Update your first and last name.

    • Important: This should reflect your real name for authenticity, as it will be displayed on your profile and in your posts.

Profile URL/Handle

  • Customize your unique profile URL (e.g., sitecurve.com/shane-dutka).

  • This URL is how others can view your profile on SiteCurve.

Your Bio

  • Write a short biography that describes you. This bio will be visible on your profile page and should include key information about your expertise or interests.

Your Website

  • Add a link to your personal or professional website, which will be displayed on your profile.

Social Links

  • Link your social media accounts (e.g., X.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) to your profile.

  • These links are publicly accessible through your profile and can help build your credibility within the SiteCurve community.

Key Context for SiteCurve Accounts and Personal Profiles

  1. Separate Profile and Account Structures

    • Your personal profile on SiteCurve is independent of the accounts you belong to.

    • This separation ensures that if you leave an account (e.g., a team or organization account) or delete it, your discussion posts and activity remain tied to your personal profile.

  2. Default Free Account

    • Upon joining SiteCurve, you'll receive a free starter account automatically.

    • You can choose to upgrade this starter account or join another team or business account if invited.

  3. Cross-Account Participation

    • It’s possible to belong to multiple accounts on SiteCurve simultaneously (e.g., a free starter account and a business account from another team).

    • Regardless of the accounts you're part of, your posts, comments, and discussion activities remain with your personal profile.

By managing your profile details effectively, you can maximize your presence and engagement on SiteCurve while maintaining control of your activity and connections.
