How The SiteCurve Feed Works
Top Tabs
The feed is divided into three primary tabs:
All Activity:
Displays all posts, alerts, and activity across SiteCurve. This includes:
Discoverable public landscapes (even those you haven’t joined).
Private or paid landscapes (if you are a member).
Discussions, alerts, and performance updates.This tab is ideal for exploring updates across SiteCurve and discovering new websites or landscapes you weren’t aware of.
Discussions:
Focuses solely on posts and comments. Whether users are discussing domain strategies, performance improvements, or industry trends, this tab is for following conversations.
Alerts:
Displays all performance alerts generated by SiteCurve, including:
Default alerts (e.g., performance movement, leaderboard changes).
Custom alerts you’ve set up (e.g., notifications for specific domains or landscapes).
Use this tab to track website movements, keyword shifts, and leaderboard updates.
Sub Tabs
Each of the three primary tabs includes two sub-tabs to help refine your focus:
All SiteCurve: Displays activity across all public landscapes (set to discoverable), private landscapes you’re a part of, and paid landscapes.
Joined Landscapes: Filters the feed to show activity only from landscapes you’ve joined, helping you focus on the updates most relevant to your goals.
Dropdown Filters
The dropdown at the top-right corner of the feed allows you to:
Sort content by “Most Recent,” “Latest Activity,” or “Top Posts This Month.”
Prioritize what you want to see based on recency or popularity.
Alerts Management
When viewing the Alerts tab, you’ll find a “Manage Alerts” button in the top navigation. This lets you:
Create and edit custom alerts to monitor specific landscapes, keywords, or websites.
Control which alerts appear in your feed for a more tailored experience.
Interactions
Discussion Posts: Clicking a post redirects you to its originating landscape with a modal open, so you can seamlessly engage in the conversation by leaving comments or upvoting.
Alerts: Clicking an alert takes you directly to the corresponding domain’s SiteCurve profile in the relevant landscape, letting you explore its performance metrics.
How to Get the Most Out of The Feed
Browse All Activity
Use the “All SiteCurve” sub-tab to discover posts and alerts from landscapes you might not be part of yet. This is especially useful for finding websites winning or losing visibility after major changes, like a Google core update.
Focus on Joined Landscapes
Switch to the “Joined Landscapes” sub-tab to hone in on updates specific to your active landscapes.
Engage with Discussions
Join conversations by commenting on or upvoting posts.
Start new discussions to share your insights or ask questions.
Track Alerts
Use the Alerts tab to monitor both default and custom alerts.
Adjust your custom alerts in “Manage Alerts” to stay notified about the updates that matter most.
Sort for Relevance
Use the dropdown menu to sort by “Most Recent” or “Top Posts” to find the content that aligns with your current priorities.
Take Action
Click on discussion posts to join the conversation directly in the landscape.
Dive into domain profiles from alert notifications to investigate their performance.
