The Password tab allows you to securely manage your SiteCurve account password. Below are the details and steps for using this screen:
How To Change Your Password
Current Password
Enter your existing password to verify your identity and authorize changes.
New Password
Enter your desired new password.
Ensure it meets SiteCurve's password strength requirements (e.g., minimum characters, special symbols, or numbers if required).
Confirm New Password
Re-enter the new password to ensure there are no typos.
How To Reset Your Password
Reset Password Link
If you forgot your current password, click the "click here to reset" link.
You will be redirected to the password recovery process where SiteCurve will send you an email with instructions.
Change Password Button
Once all fields are completed, click Change Password to save your new password.
Password Callouts
Changing your password will log you out of all devices where you are currently signed in, except for the one you are using to perform this update.
You will receive a confirmation email from SiteCurve notifying you of the password change. If you did not initiate the change, contact SiteCurve support immediately.
