Account Basics

When you join Sitecurve, you automatically receive a personal starter (free) account. You can create additional accounts as needed, and users can be members of multiple accounts - both free and paid tiers.

Account Roles

Sitecurve has two role types within accounts:

  • Account Administrators ("admins"): Can manage users, billing, and have full administrative access to all landscapes created within the account

  • Members: Can access Sitecurve data and create their own landscapes when part of a paid account

Account Tiers and Billing

Accounts can be upgraded to Business or Enterprise tiers to unlock full platform features. When an account is upgraded, all users within that account gain access to premium features.

Keyword Pricing

  • Standard rate: $0.097 per keyword per month

  • Annual discount: 20% off ($0.077 per keyword per month)

  • Example: 2,000 keywords = $194/month at standard rate

Available Keyword Increments

1K, 2K, 3K, 5K, 7.5K, 10K, 15K, 25K, 40K, 55K, 75K, 100K, 250K, 500K, 1000K (1M)

Note: For packages of 250K keywords or more, please contact our sales team at https://try.sitecurve.com

Billing Management

  • One credit card can be attached per account

  • You can upgrade or downgrade at any time

  • Switch to annual billing for 20% savings

  • Each account maintains separate payment information

Landscapes and Keywords

  • Creating landscapes requires a Business or Enterprise tier account

  • Available keywords are required to build landscapes

  • Landscapes are tied to specific accounts

  • Members of paid accounts can:

  • Create their own landscapes

  • Join paid landscapes (using the account's payment method)

  • Account admins can delete landscapes from account settings

Account Management

User Management

  • Account admins can:

  • Invite other account admins

  • Add or remove members

  • View member activity including:

    • Created landscapes

    • Joined landscapes

    • Number of portfolios created

    • User engagement with member-created landscapes

Account Settings

  • Change account name (reflects in account switcher)

  • Monitor keyword usage across landscapes

  • Track landscape subscriptions

  • Manage landscape subscriptions for all account members

  • View portfolio creation metrics

Personal Settings

Personal information, comments, and posts are tied to your user profile rather than specific accounts. This means deleting an account will not affect your personal activity history on the platform.

Account Switching

Sitecurve implements an account switching function that allows users to move between different accounts they belong to, each with its own:

  • Payment settings

  • User permissions

  • Landscape access

  • Keyword allocations
